Gandak Hydropower Stationगण्डक जलविद्युत केन्द्र

A 15 MW canal-based plant at Suryapura, Pratappur, Nawalparasi, drawing flow from the Narayani (Gandak) river under the Nepal–India Gandak agreement. Commissioned in 1979 with three 5 MW units, it is one of Nepal's older stations and is being rehabilitated and modernised by NEA.
